Overbrook Technology Services (OTS) has been recognized for its efforts towards employee welfare with multiple awards, including
the CM's Excellence Award (2023) and the Vajra (Diamond) Award (2017, 2018, 2022).
The CM's Excellence Award is the highest honor awarded by the Government of Kerala for exemplary performance in compliance with
labour laws and overall performance in labour welfare. This award is given to a single recipient in each sector each year. In 2023,
out of the 1,754 companies who applied across 11 sectors, OTS was chosen as the winner in the IT sector in Kerala. OTS was awarded
this prestigious award for its strong commitment to employee welfare and its innovative workplace practices.
In addition to CM's Excellence Award, in previous years, OTS was also awarded the Certificate of Excellence with the Vajra grade by the
Department of Labour and Skills of the Government of Kerala. The Vajra grade is the highest grade a company can achieve in the
assesment done by the Department of Labour and Skills.
